At the site of the impact, rescuers found the bodies of two people and five cats. Outside, under the window, they found a live, badly burned cat. It was probably thrown out by the blast wave.
It is noted that the animal was urgently hospitalized by CARG rescuers with burns of most of its body and severe lung damage. As of the morning, it was in the oxygen chamber of the clinic's intensive care unit.
“Since there were 10 cats in the apartment, our rescuers returned to the scene and continue to search,” the statement reads.
- On the evening of May 6, Russia launched drones and ballistic missiles at Ukraine. In Zaporizhzhia, an infrastructure facility was hit, injuring at least four people. In Kyiv, debris damaged residential buildings and set warehouses on fire, leaving dead and injured, including children.
