Russia’s 'memorandum' likely filled with unrealistic ultimatums — Ukraine’s MFA
Ukraine’s Foreign Affairs Ministry believes that the Russian side is stalling the peace process to end the war
Heorhii Tykhyi, spokesman of the Ukrainian Foreign Affairs Ministry, stated this on X.
"The Russians' fear of sending their "memorandum" to Ukraine suggests that it is likely filled with unrealistic ultimatums, and they are afraid of revealing that they are stalling the peace process. If not, they must pass the document immediately, as Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha said," Tykhyi writes.
The Foreign Ministry added that these "games" from the Russians only show that they probably want the next meeting to be empty.
