Russia’s Lavrov supports holding fresh Russia–Ukraine talks in Turkey

“Turkey is ready to host a new round of Russian-Ukrainian talks,” said Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan during a joint press conference with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
In response to a question about where the talks could continue, Lavrov said, “I would again appeal to our Turkish friends, Istanbul is very good.”
