The Russian propaganda agency RIA Novosti reported the information.
Peskov said that both the Russian and Ukrainian negotiating teams are working on a list of conditions for a temporary truce. He claimed that documents for discussing these conditions are already being prepared.
At the same time, work on the Russian draft 'memorandum' regarding the war in Ukraine is allegedly in its final stage.
Also, according to the press secretary, the location of the next round of negotiations with Ukraine should suit both parties conducting direct negotiations.
"There are many nuances in the process of Ukrainian settlement that cannot be sacrificed," Peskov added.
- In turn, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov stated that a new round of negotiations between the Ukrainian and Russian sides will allegedly be announced in the near future.
