Russian troops attacked Kherson in the morning

Roman Mrochko, the head of the Kherson City Military Administration, reported.

"Around 7 am, a man born in 1961 was wounded as a result of another shelling of the Korabelnyi district of Kherson by Russian occupation forces," the statement reads.

It is noted that the victim was sent to the hospital with an explosive injury and damage to the vessels of the hamstring area. Doctors assess the man's condition as moderate.

• On the evening of Tuesday, January 30, Russian terrorists shelled Kharkiv with Shaheds, causing several fires in the city. According to preliminary reports, four people were injured.
• On the night of January 31, Russians attacked the south and center of Ukraine with attack drones. As a result, a man was wounded in the Mykolaiv region and is in intensive care.
