Russian forces begin loading submarines with cruise missiles in Novorossiysk

Ukrainian Navy spokesman Dmytro Pletenchuk reported the information during a telethon on July 5. 

He noted that Russian submarines based in Novorossiysk have been responsible for several recent attacks.

"A country that calls itself a "superpower" could not bring a crane to load missiles for six months. The main issue in the logistics chain was not storage but the deployment of missiles," Pletenchuk said.

• On June 6, Dmytro Pletenchuk announced that the Russian forces no longer need to return to Sevastopol to reload submarines.
