Russian army advances south of Ukraine’s Pokrovsk - UK intelligence

The Ministry of Defence of the United Kingdom reported the information.

According to the report, Russian units have advanced to the southern outskirts of Pokrovsk, capturing the village of Shevchenko, which is located at a key crossroads on the route toward the city.

According to intelligence, Russian forces are likely to continue their offensive operations to directly reach Pokrovsk and expand their control west of the city. 

In addition, there is a possibility that Russian troops have crossed a significant logistical route toward Velyka Novosilka.
