Russia strikes Kharkiv with drone, causing casualties and damage
Russian forces launched a drone strike on Kharkiv, injuring two women and causing structural damage

The head of Kharkiv's regional military administration, Oleh Syniehubov, reported the attack.
According to Syniehubov, the strike occurred around 2:00 p.m. in Kharkiv's Saltivka district. The exact type of drone used is still being identified.
The strike injured two women, aged 50 and 53, who suffered minor shrapnel wounds and an acute stress reaction. The attack also damaged electrical wiring and shattered windows in two multi-story buildings.
Earlier, Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov confirmed the strike in Saltivka. “A hostile strike UAV hit the ground in Saltivka, damaging nearby windows and injuring one person,” his report stated.
- The Russian army continues to attack the Sumy region daily, deploying an average of 30 guided bombs and 40 FPV drones.
