The guerrillas note that the invading Russian troops are trying to force doctors and medical personnel in Crimea to sign a contract with the Russian army and enlist them in the service.

"They offer a lot of money, but there are no takers. People are categorically against it," Atesh says.

According to the agents, there is a shortage of medical personnel in Crimea, as well as transportation and equipment, which affects the standard of living of Crimeans.
