Russia hits Odesa civilian port infrastructure
An explosion occurred in the city of Odesa on the afternoon of June 2. The Russian military targeted civilian areas, causing damage to the port infrastructure

The Ukrainian Navy provided details of the explosion.
Before that, the explosion was reported by Mayor Hennadii Trukhanov.
“Information on civilian casualties is being clarified. Ships and boats of the Ukrainian Navy continue to defend Ukraine from the sea,” the statement of the Navy said.
The Ukrainian military also highlighted that Russian propagandists had started spreading false news about the supposed destruction of Ukrainian Navy vessels. They denied the information and urged not to facilitate the spread of Russian disinformation.
