Russian forces have fired an Iskander ballistic missile at Ukrainian soldiers in the Sumy region

On September 4, a video surfaced online showing the missile strike at a location where Ukrainian military forces were stationed. Analysts refrained from disclosing the number of casualties or identifying the specific unit hit.
"Tragic footage shows an Iskander missile hitting a formation site of the Defense Forces in an open area near Bezdryk in the Sumy region," the report states.
The impact site is approximately 33 km from the Russian border, near the village of Bezdryk.
There is no official confirmation of the strike at this time.
- On November 3, 2023, Russian forces launched a missile attack on the 128th Separate Mountain Assault Brigade from the Transcarpathian region, killing servicemen and injuring local civilians to varying degrees.
