Putin is stalling and preparing for spring offensive on Sumy and Kharkiv – Zelenskyy

Zelenskyy stated this in an interview with Le Figaro.  

"I can also confirm that Putin is trying to buy time and is preparing for a spring offensive. We see preparations for this upcoming operation. We have shared intelligence with our allies. We must look at the situation with eyes wide open. Putin is preparing a new offensive, particularly in the Sumy and Kharkiv regions," the statement reads.  

According to the President of Ukraine, Vladimir Putin had planned to launch this operation last year, but the Kursk operation prevented it.

• Polish Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski believes that Russia, due to the war it unleashed against Ukraine, cannot attack another state at the moment, but Europe must prepare for another Russian attack by 2030.
