"We need to prepare for defense in the Dnipropetrovsk region today. We shouldn’t be moving from city to city while hastily getting them ready for defense," Zhorin stated.
He stressed the importance of establishing a strong defense line in advance.
"We need to plan this out instead of waiting for the front line to reach the next settlement. Given the situation in Selydove and Pokrovsk, the Dnipropetrovsk region must be prepared now, and this process must be closely monitored," he added.
