Next Peace Summit could be held in India — Zelenskyy
Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi could help organize the second Peace Summit in India
This was stated by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy in an interview with the Times of India.
Answering a journalist's question about whether there was a possibility that Modi could hold talks between Ukraine and Russia, Zelenskyy said that the Indian prime minister could help organize the second Peace Summit.
“We have a platform - the Peace Summit. I believe that we could hold the second Peace Summit in any respectable capital. Of course, it can be in India, and the Prime Minister can do it, he can organize the relevant summit,” he said.
Zelenskyy added that Kyiv would need to prepare for this.
“We are ready to hear the proposals of certain countries. The proposals of India, the EU, and the countries of the African continent... If Brazil and China have proposals, please do. But only on the basis of our format, because we are the ones at war. I think such a summit can be held in India,” Zelenskyy emphasized.
- In an interview, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy commented on the recent BRICS summit in Kazan, calling it a failure.
