New Russian ammunition can reach any district of Kharkiv - official
On March 27, the Russian army struck Kharkiv's Shevchenkivskyi district with new guided bombs that can reach any part of the city
Kharkiv Regional State Administration head Oleh Syniehubov said this, according to Suspilne.
"He can fully cover the city of Kharkiv, any district. Even settlements in the Kharkiv region, depending on the distance from the border, will be targeted," said Syniehubov.
"He clarified that the Russian airstrikes were carried out by Su-class aircraft. The invaders can launch them from multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS), however, in this case, it was from an aircraft," he said.
"There were two shots, they were not simultaneous. There was a time gap. They had different flight trajectories. This suggests that it was probably a test. Perhaps they were looking for our air defense systems to detect them. The ammunition entered Kharkiv from different directions: one from the north, the other through Bohodukhiv and further south from the western part of the city," added Syniehubov.
- On Wednesday afternoon, March 27, Russian terrorist forces for the first time attacked a residential neighborhood in Kharkiv with guided aerial bombs.
