According to the Defense Minister, these contracts are part of a new aid package from the Netherlands worth over €675 million.
“The package also includes the delivery of 100 additional UAV detection radars and equipment for the evacuation of the wounded,” Umerov added.
He thanked the Netherlands and personally the country’s Defense Minister, Ruben Brekelmans, for their leadership and strong support.
“This is an example of true partnership and belief in Ukraine’s victory. Together, we are doing everything possible to ensure our Armed Forces have technological superiority on the battlefield,” Umerov emphasized.
- Earlier that day, Umerov announced that Ukraine and the United Kingdom are launching a new mega-project for joint drone production.
