Saturation point: when death, bloodshed stop working for Kremlin
Positive bloggers are now completely losing the competition to negative bloggers
Any negative news, anger, hate, any irritation with something or someone falls into exhausted and frightened human brains like dew on the dried August ground. Fear and hatred in Las Vegas - this is the average emotional state and the average temperature in the ward in the Ukrainian segment of the Internet.
“Because of this, the jackal express trains are already more extensive than Ukrzaliznytsia trains, and the accuracy of their arrival and departure from stations is impressive.”
The speed and number of responses to such topics often tempts people to resort to negative messages, and we have seen many times how random posts go viral and gain thousands of views and reposts, without the author even expecting such a result and such unexpected fame. A caliph for an hour. And in most cases, this is some kind of negative news.
And people start to subconsciously enjoy this fame and attention, even if it is in a clumsy way. And they want to keep collecting likes. And over time, we react only to something bad, as if it is the only thing that deserves a reaction.
Although there is, of course, a lot of bad stuff. Some of it is literally horrible. But if you hate someone or something 24/7, you have no time or resources for any positive emotions. The psyche cannot do without them in order to maintain at least some health.
Perhaps the next phase of this grueling emotional marathon is when we get tired of hating. If such phases really do come, it even gives us some scant hope that maybe the Russians will also get tired of hating us and there will be a chance for a real truce. Because this war has long since gone beyond the purely conquest and colonization. Abnormal, groundless animal hatred is the only thing that can logically explain all the horror they do to us every day. And why they continue despite the obvious harm to themselves.
Perhaps they too have some kind of saturation with death and blood, after which they lose their appetite and interest and fall away from Ukraine like a tick that has had enough. If hatred is exhausting, then maybe this, and not the cost of a barrel of oil, is a guide.
Who knows?
