The pro-Kremlin state agency RIA Novosti reported the information.
“Russia remains ready to resolve the Ukraine crisis through political and diplomatic means. Kyiv is artificially slowing this process; no one wants to delve into the core of the conflict,” Peskov said.
According to him, Europeans “do not intend to pay attention to the root causes of this crisis.”
“NATO is, in fact, at war with Russia, and this is obvious,” added Putin’s spokesperson.
