Ukrainian media reported the information, citing sources.
According to reports, on June 14 at 04:00 a.m., an attack targeted an industrial electrical substation in the city of Kaliningrad (Königsberg). The agents drained coolant from the substation’s power transformer and then set the facility on fire.
As a result, electricity supply to local consumers was completely shut down — including nearby Russian military and army infrastructure.
Ukrainian intelligence estimates the damage to Russia from the sabotage at nearly $5 million.
