Germany sees no signs Russia is preparing NATO attack disguised as Zapad drills

Inspector General of the Bundeswehr Carsten Bröer said this, ntv reports.

Bröer emphasized that while there are no signs of offensive preparations, allies must remain vigilant.

“We have no indications that any attacks are being prepared under the cover of these exercises. But we will stay alert—not only the German armed forces but NATO as a whole,” he said.
