Germany raids suspected supporters of Russian militants in Donbas
On the morning of Tuesday, May 27, German prosecutors carried out a search at a residence in Brandenburg on suspicion of supporting Russian-backed fighters in eastern Ukraine

According to the German news channel n-tv, a spokesperson for the Karlsruhe prosecutor’s office said one of the suspects is accused of organizing shipments of goods for several years to the Russian-occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
Authorities say the man is under investigation for allegedly supporting a terrorist organization abroad. The searched property is located in the Dahme-Spreewald district.
The spokesperson added that the suspect has not been arrested and declined to specify what types of goods were allegedly transported.
