He said this at a press conference with Lithuanian President Gitanas Nausėda, Ukrinform reports.
"The Russian forces have launched a counteroffensive. Everything is going according to our Ukrainian plan," Zelenskyy emphasized.
At the same time, he mentioned the accumulation of equipment and troops in Belarus near the border with Ukraine.
"As for Belarus, we see the accumulation, we have seen it for a long time, and we are controlling this process," the president emphasized.
