"They told us not to surrender and to 'eliminate' prisoners," said the Russian soldier.

A border guard reported that during the attack, Russia deployed eight MT-LB tracked armored personnel carriers, half of which were destroyed by the Ukrainian Defense Forces. "The scattered infantry was eliminated by FPV drone pilots and mortar crews. One Russian soldier was captured," he added.
- The occupying Russian forces executed five Ukrainian prisoners of war near Novodarivka in the Zaporizhzhia region. Ukraine's Prosecutor General's Office has launched an investigation.
