158 combat clashes in last day, over third in Pokrovsk direction - Ukraine's General Staff

Yesterday, Russia launched a single missile strike targeting Ukrainian positions and populated areas, along with 78 airstrikes that included the deployment of 103 guided aerial bombs. Additionally, Russian forces carried out 4,624 attacks, with 141 being from MLRS, and they employed 1,448 kamikaze drones for strikes.

Russian airstrikes targeted 20 settlements across Ukraine.

Ukrainian aviation, missile forces, and artillery conducted nine strikes on Russian personnel concentrations and anti-aircraft defenses. Additionally, they hit one command post, one air defense system, two artillery systems, and four other key Russian targets.

Frontline update

In the Kharkiv direction, Russian troops continued their offensive and assault operations, initiating five combat engagements in total, particularly around Lyptsi and Vovchansk.

In the Kupyansk direction, fourteen combat clashes occurred, with Ukrainian forces repelling Russian attacks near Hlushkivka, Stelmakhivka, Kruhlyakivka, Synkivka, Andriivka, and toward Lozova.

In the Lyman direction, Ukrainian forces halted 11 Russian assaults near Hrekivka, Novosadove, Makiivka, Nevske, Novoserhiivka, Novoyehorivka, and Torske.

In the Siversk direction, Ukrainian forces repelled 10 attacks near Ivano-Darivka, Spirne, and Verkhniokamyanske.

In the Kramatorsk direction, Ukrainian soldiers successfully thwarted seven Russian attempts to breach defenses in the Ivanivske and Andriivka districts of the Donetsk region.

In the Toretsk direction, Russian forces made 24 attempts to advance, focusing on the Pivnichne, New York, Nelipivka, and Zalizne areas, and most actively, near Toretsk. They also conducted five strikes using nine guided aerial bombs.

In the Pokrovsk direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled 63 attacks, primarily in the Novohrodivka, Mykhailivka, and Vozdvyzhenka districts.

In the Kurakhove direction, Ukrainian forces continued to hold back Russian troops, who attempted to breach defense lines 11 times near Nevelske and Kostyantynivka.

In the Vremivka direction, Russian forces made five attempts to capture Ukrainian positions near Vodyane and Vuhledar in the Donetsk region, also attacking Volodymyrivka and Solodke.

In the Orikhiv and Huliaipole directions, no offensive actions by Russian forces were reported.

In the Kherson direction, Ukrainian forces repelled one Russian assault.

Along the Belarus border, the operational situation remains stable, with no significant changes or signs of Russian offensive group formations detected.

On the Chernihiv border, Russia maintains a military presence and conducts reconnaissance activities.

Ukrainian forces continue their active operations to deplete Russian combat potential, especially during the operation in Russia's Kursk region.
