The General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces shared the information in a morning report on July 10.
"Over 300 people who have signed a contract with the Russian Armed Forces are undergoing training at one of the training grounds of the eastern military district of the Altai Krai. Among the recruits are former convicts, homeless persons, drug addicts and patients with hepatitis," the report says.
Most of these people have already applied to medical institutions to try to postpone their deployment to the combat areas in Ukraine.
