Russia should pay reparations to Ukraine with its territories - political expert Tsybulko

He expressed this opinion in the program "Verdict with Serhii Rudenko" on Espreso TV.

"Russia will have to compensate for all Ukraine's losses with its territories. We should already raise the question of Russia paying reparations in the territories with agricultural land equal to the lands of Ukraine lost and destroyed by the aggressor," emphasized Tsybulko.

The political expert also added that it is impossible to destroy the Ukrainian HPP.

"It is impossible to collapse all Ukrainian HPP in a cascade. It is only possible to seize the engine room of a hydroelectric power plant and blow it up from the inside. There is no ammunition of such power to destroy a HPP with external strikes. Even a strategic nuclear strike will not be able to destroy the dams," said Tsybulko.
