“The Kyiv HPP falls under the responsibility of the defense group in Kyiv, which operates under my command. The necessary security measures have been implemented to safeguard the facility against aerial attacks and prevent enemy actions by sabotage or intelligence forces,” he said.
“In the past, the enemy has attempted to target our dams on the Dnipro River, but their efforts have been unsuccessful. We consistently analyze potential threats and proactively take appropriate measures to minimize the possibility of hostile actions. Our aim is to reduce these threats to zero, ensuring the continued safety and functioning of the Kyiv HPP,” he emphasized.
