Russia shells Sumy region border area with mortar and rocket launchers
On November 25, 74 hits were recorded in the Sumy region as a result of Russian MLRS strikes and grenade launcher attacks

This was announced by the chairman of the Sumy Regional Military Administration Dmytro Zhyvytskyi.
On Friday, November 25, Russian troops attacked the Znob-Novgorodske and Shalyhyne communities of the Sumy region. 74 strikes were recorded.
"The enemy shelled the Znob-Novhorodske community with GAS ( automatic easel grenade launcher - ed.). There were as many as 70 hits in just one of the villages. The Russian army also opened fire from MLRS on Shalyhyne community 4 times. In both cases, there were no casualties or damage," Zhyvytskyi wrote.
Russian forces regularly attack border areas of Sumy region in northeastern Ukraine.
