The head of the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration, Vitalii Kim, has warned that on October 10, two groups of Tu-95 aircraft, 8 in total, flew to the launch line in Astrakhan, Russia

"2 groups of TU-95 aircraft (8 units in total) are flying to the launch line (Astrakhan) - be careful. Invaded Russian forces continue their policy of terror," he wrote.
