Russia refuses to name terms of renewal of grain agreement
The Kremlin does not mention the conditions for the resumption of grain exports from Ukrainian ports blocked by the Russian Federation.

This was stated by the press secretary of the Russian president, Dmitry Peskov, RT reports.
“In the conditions when Russia talks about the impossibility of guaranteeing the safety of navigation in the specified areas, of course, such an agreement can hardly be implemented, as it acquires a different character, much more risky, dangerous and unguaranteed,” Peskov said.
He noted that he could not name Moscow's conditions for a possible extension of the grain agreement yet.
