Russia refuses to name terms of renewal of grain agreement
The Kremlin does not mention the conditions for the resumption of grain exports from Ukrainian ports blocked by the Russian Federation.

This was stated by the press secretary of the Russian president, Dmitry Peskov, RT reports.
“In the conditions when Russia talks about the impossibility of guaranteeing the safety of navigation in the specified areas, of course, such an agreement can hardly be implemented, as it acquires a different character, much more risky, dangerous and unguaranteed,” Peskov said.
He noted that he could not name Moscow's conditions for a possible extension of the grain agreement yet.

On October 29, Russia announced the "suspension" of its obligations under the agreement regarding the safe export of Ukrainian grain through the Black Sea.

US President Joe Biden said that world hunger will increase due to Russia's decision to block the grain agreement.
