Russia is preparing to attack Kupyansk - Ukrainian military

Lieutenant Colonel Volodymyr Fitio, spokesman for the Ukrainian Land Forces, said this during the telethon, according to the Information Resistance.

"Over the past day, 156 Russian soldiers were killed and 30 pieces of military equipment were destroyed, including one tank and an armored combat vehicle," he noted.

Fitio reported that Russia has generally stepped up its defense line actions in the Kupyansk sector. The defenders repelled the attacks of the Russian-backed militants near Synkivka, Petropavlivka, and Bilohorivka. Fifteen ‘kamikaze’ UAVs and multiple airstrikes were employed by the Russian military.

"The weather is deteriorating, so the use of equipment by the Russian invaders is somewhat complicated. But their intentions are clear. We have seen them preparing for an attack," the spokesman added.
