Russia is not able to set up its own production of Shahed drones yet – intelligence
Defense Intelligence of Ukraine spokesperson Andriy Yusov noted that Russian-made parts are found in the downed Shahed drones
He said this on the air of the Espreso TV channel.
"Russian aggressor is trying to move from large-scale assembly to localization of its own production. Russian-made parts are found in the downed Shahed drones. But Russian enemy is not yet able to set up its own production. Nevertheless, they are setting themselves such plans and tasks," Yusov stressed.
The representative of the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine also added that the Shaheds were delivered by sea and air from Iran to Russia.
"The Russian enemy is trying to take security measures, such as decentralizing its own production and dispersing it, but there is a final assembly point. And this is our task and goal. The places where drones are assembled and sent to the frontline to kill Ukrainians are a legitimate target for the Ukrainian Security and Defense Forces," Yusov stressed.
