Moldova refutes Russian fake on biomaterials transit from Ukraine
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Moldova has rejected Russian claims that the United States exported biomaterial samples from Ukraine through Moldova
The Foreign Ministry called this information “pure fiction” and stated that it is part of a series of falsehoods spread by Russian propaganda. This narrative aims to falsely suggest that Ukraine might be involved in using biological substances, NewsMaker reported on August 28.
“The new claim that Moldova is allegedly involved in this process at a logistical level is false. This misinformation aims to create confusion and undermine the credibility of the Moldovan authorities and our country’s European integration,” the Foreign Ministry stated.
The ministry also emphasized that Moldova strictly follows all international regulations to prevent the spread of biological weapons.
