Russia destroys 2 million square meters of Mariupol's high-rise housing stock
Mariupol City Council member Dmytro Zabavin says that invading Russian forces have completely destroyed 2 million square meters of the city's high-rise housing stock

The deputy shared the details with Espreso TV.
"In Mariupol, there are about 5 million square meters of high-rise residential stock. Russia destroyed 4 million - 2 million were practically erased, and the rest received partial damage", Zabavin noted.
The deputy added that the Russian occupiers want to rebuild 25% of the residential buildings destroyed by them in 3 years.
"The Russian Deputy Prime Minister recently came to Mariupol and said that in 3 years Russia will rebuild 1 million square meters of housing. That is, in 3 years the occupiers want to rebuild 25% of what they destroyed", Dmytro Zabavin noted.
