In the occupied part of the Kherson region, Russian forces are preparing for forced mobilization: men of conscription age are not allowed to leave, and a fake "volunteer battalion" is being created.

Yurii Sobolevskyi, the first deputy chairman of the Kherson Regional Council, stated this on Espresso.
"Most likely, there will also be forced mobilization in Kherson region.Russian occupation authorities have already announced the creation of a "volunteer" battalion. We all understand very well that it will not be voluntary. It will be coercion and they have already limited the departure of men aged 18-35 outside the borders of the Kherson region. It is clear that this is all preparation for forced mobilization," he noted.
