Russia concentrates forces in Kupiansk sector, forms diverse group – military commander
Serhiy Cherevatyi, a spokesman for the Eastern Military Grouping, says that the Russian army is having problems with personnel in the Kupiansk sector, so it is pulling up all the units it can find
He said this on Espreso TV.
“Russian troops are concentrating their forces in the Kupiansk sector, where they have a mixed grouping because they have a big problem with personnel. They are not able to form more or less monolithic groups, so they are pulling up all the units they can find. These include airborne, motorized rifle, BARS, territorial troops, and army corps of people's militias from the occupied territories. Various PMCs are also sent there, including Fakel, Veterans, Patriot, and others. They also used Storm Z company personnel who have issues with the law as an emergency recruitment,” the spokesman for Ukraine’s Eastern Military Grouping said.
