Russia can continue its aggression by attacking one of the NATO countries, Borrel said

"No one should justify Putin. Because he can expand his military activities. It could be aggression against one NATO country or another," Borrell said.

He believes that the EU should limit Russia's ability because Putin can continue the aggression.

"We must isolate Russia from the international community, we must support Ukraine," he said.
