Russia attacks infrastructure object in Volyn, power outages are possible
On November 15, the Russian army struck an energy infrastructure facility in Kovel district of Volyn region. Local authorities warned of possible blackouts

Yuriy Poguliayko, head of Volyn Regional Military Administration, reports on Telegram.
"We have strikes on an energy infrastructure facility in Kovel district. We are finding out information about possible victims", he wrote.
Poguliayko urged residents of the region to prepare for power outages.
"Due to Russian missile strikes, power outages are possible in Volyn. Stock up on everything you need: water, flashlights, power banks, etc. Inform everyone who does not use social networks about this, so that they are also ready", head of Volyn Regional Military Administration concluded.
