Russia attacks apartment building in Donetsk region at night: death toll rises to 4 people
On the night of November 15, the Russian army attacked the town of Selydove, Donetsk region, destroying a 4-story civilian building, the death toll has risen to 4, at least three are wounded
The State Emergency Service reports.
"As of 12:40 p.m., the body of the deceased person has been unblocked. In total, 4 people died and 3 were injured," the statement reads.

Earlier, the Interior Ministry reported that the body of another person had been removed from the rubble. Thus, the death toll from the Russian strike has risen to three.
"Emergency rescue operations continue," the Interior Ministry added.
The details as of 3:28 p.m. were reported by Ukraine's National Police.
Police reported that they had identified the murdered man, whose body was recovered from the rubble. He was a 59-year-old local resident who lived on the top floor of the destroyed four-story building. Another victim of the Russian attack was an 85-year-old woman.
Rescue and search operations continue. There may be one more person under the rubble in the private sector.

Police are taking statements, recording the damage, and helping the victims and their families. Access to the site of the shelling is restricted due to the possibility of concrete structures collapsing. Law enforcement units are monitoring the situation.

Earlier, the Prosecutor General's Office reported 4 attacks on residential buildings in Selydove. Most likely, the invading forces fired at the settlement from the S-300 anti-aircraft missile system.
A local resident of 50 years old sustained a concussion as a result of shelling on one of the streets.
In addition, a Russian missile hit an apartment building with people inside. An 82-year-old woman and a 56-year-old man were injured when a part of the building collapsed. The body of his 85-year-old mother was pulled from the rubble. In addition, 20 private households, 6 multi-storey buildings, a car and an outbuilding were damaged or destroyed.
The report noted that there may be people under the rubble of the buildings.
Earlier, Ukraine’s Minister of Internal Affairs, Ihor Klymenko, reported the information.
"Last night the enemy launched a missile attack on the town of Selydove, Pokrovsk district, Donetsk region. As a result, part of a 4-storey residential building was destroyed," the statement said.
It notes that a man and a woman were injured as a result of the attack, they were taken to a medical facility. Rescuers also helped three people, including a child, get out of a damaged apartment on the 4th floor.
"Unfortunately, the body of a dead woman was found under the rubble. At least one person is still likely under the rubble," the minister added.
According to him, emergency rescue operations are currently underway.
The minister also shared a video showing the consequences of the Russian attack.

On November 11, the Russian army shelled the residential infrastructure of Toretsk, Donetsk region, with Grad MLRS and artillery. A 61-year-old woman and a 65-year-old man died from their injuries.
