Reznikov: Russia can begin advancing in two directions before invasion anniversary
Enemy troops may launch an offensive in the East and the South before the anniversary of the invasion of Ukraine, February 24
It was stated by the Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Oleksii Reznikov, during a BFMTV broadcast.
The minister called for new military aid to NATO countries.
"We cannot lose the initiative. Given that the Russians love symbols, they can try something for February 24. We do not underestimate our enemy," Reznikov emphasized.
The head of the Ministry of Defense told about the "500,000 Russian soldiers" mobilized by the Kremlin: "Officially, 300 000 people were mobilized, but we see the troops at the borders, and according to our estimates there are much more."
The armed forces of the Russian Federation can try to advance in two directions: "might be the East and might be the South," Reznikov believes.
