This was reported in the Russian media "RIA-Novosti".
"Russia will not talk to anyone on the basis of the "peace formula" proposed by Zelenskyy. It is obvious that Kyiv itself is not ready for dialogue," Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov claimed.
It is noted that Sergey Lavrov called Zelenskyy's propose to withdraw Russian troops from Crimea and Donbas with the help of Western partners, as well as to ensure the payment of reparations to Ukraine, an "illusion".
- In November, at the G20 summit in Bali, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy presented a 10-point "peace formula". The President stressed that the Ukrainian "peace formula" is very clear, and each of its points has been worked out.
- The Ukrainian government plans to hold an international summit to discuss the "peace formula" and end the war and wants UN Secretary-General António Guterres to chair the summit. The UN responded that Guterres' mediation is possible provided that all parties agreed to it.
