Putin orders FSB to fight guerillas on occupied Ukrainian territories - National Resistance Center

The National Resistance Center reported the information.

Russian leader Vladimir Putin has set a task to improve the "counterterrorism system,” i.e. to intensify the fight against the Ukrainian underground. He assigned the task to the FSB.

"The dictator is dissatisfied with the fact that Russian punitive structures have not yet been able to take control of the territories occupied in 2022 and demands tougher actions. Currently, in Kherson and Zaporizhzhia, the enemy has already stepped up searches through local residents' phones and restricted their free movement, turning the regions into an open-air prison," the center says.
