Russian leader Vladimir Putin has issued a decree on placing Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant under the Russian Federation's control

Full text of the decree:
In turn, Energoatom stated that it considers "Putin's decree and other 'documents' issued in Russia regarding the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant to be worthless, absurd, and inadequate."
"The Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant will continue to operate in Ukraine, in accordance with Ukrainian legislation, in the Ukrainian energy system, in Energoatom," Energoatom wrote.
