St. Petersburg municipal deputy Nikita Yuferev sent an appeal to law enforcement agencies, as he reported on his Twitter.
"Vladimir Putin called the war a war... But there was no decree on the completion of the special military operation. The war was not declared. Several thousand people have already been convicted for such words about the war. I sent an appeal to the authorities to bring Putin to justice for spreading fakes about the army," the MP wrote.
