Putin has lost sense of reality and lives in his own world - Ukrainian diplomat Bezsmertnyi
Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Republic of Belarus (2010-2011), diplomat Roman Bezsmertnyi believes that Putin is given only the information he wants to hear
He expressed his opinions with Espreso TV’s Verdict with Serhiy Rudenko program.
"Putin's psychological state resembles the psychotype of a person who has long lost his sense of reality and lives in his own world. His way of communicating, phraseology, sentence construction, and form of address all resemble a mentally ill person. A person who has created his own world and is trying to impose this world on other people. During the so-called economic forum in St. Petersburg, all of Putin's nonsense was applauded by the audience. I felt like I was watching a speech by the Nazi leader when the audience broke down and applauded," Bezsmertnyi emphasized.
According to the diplomat, humanity needs to understand that sitting down at the negotiating table with Putin is no longer an option.
"Putin is parasitizing on the masses that they have been feeding for decades, preparing them to listen to such nonsense. Analyzing Putin's speeches, his reproaches to the presidents of other countries, you realize that he needs a psychiatrist who would at least try to bring him back to reality. It is clear that he is surrounded by people who give him only the information that he wants to hear. Putin has a despotic mindset, and this is dangerous. Humanity needs to understand that sitting down at the negotiating table with him is no longer an option. Putin is also throwing the Russian people into hell. We are dealing with a criminal," Bezsmertnyi emphasized.
