Putin announces military training for Russians in reserve

The Russian media reported this. 

“To call up Russian citizens in the reserve in 2023 for military training in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, the National Guard of the Russian Federation, state security bodies and federal security service bodies,” Putin's decree says.
