Poland officially applies to Germany for permission to transfer tanks to Ukraine
Poland has sent an official request to Germany to allow the transfer of Leopard 2 tanks to Ukraine.
Polish Defense Minister Mariusz Błaszczak wrote about this on Twitter.
According to him, an application for transfer of Leopard tanks to Ukraine was submitted to the German side.
"Germans have already received our request for consent to transfer Leopard 2 tanks to Ukraine. I also appeal to the German side with a request to join the coalition of countries that support Ukraine with Leopard 2 tanks. This is our common cause, because it is about the security of the whole of Europe!" he wrote.
