On Wednesday, November 23, due to Russian shelling in Odesa, electricity and water supply disappeared and the city's electric transport stopped working
This is reported by the Odesa City Council.
"Odesa has been completely de-energized due to rocket attacks. All boiler houses and pumping stations have been de-energized. The heat supply will be restored only after the power supply is restored," the city council reported.
All city electric transport has stopped its work.
Infoxvodokanal branch switched to autonomous power sources to ensure the operation of the contact center.
