"No appetite" for new bill on Ukraine aid — U.S. Speaker Johnson
The U.S. House of Representatives speaker Mike Johnson stated that there is "no appetite" for passing a new bill with substantial aid for Ukraine

He made this statement on stage at the Conservative Political Action Conference in Washington, according to Ukrinform.
"Listen, there is no appetite for that," the Speaker responded when asked whether he saw a possibility of passing a new bill to support Ukraine if the war dragged on further.
Johnson then turned the question to the audience, which chanted in unison: "No!"
The U.S. House of Representatives speaker stated that the war must be brought to an end. Additionally, he noted that European allies also understand the necessity of doing so.
"President Trump is exactly right. It's time for it to end," Johnson said, adding that the U.S. president has the power to make it happen.
