New joint trainings of Air Defense Forces begin in Belarus

New joint training of the Air Force and Air Defense Forces will take place in Belarus from April 4 to 6, 2023

The Belarusian Defense Ministry reported this on its Telegram channel.

"In accordance with the training plan for the Air Force and Air Defense Forces, a joint staff training of the Air Force and Air Defense Forces is taking place from April 4 to 6, 2023, under the leadership of the Commander of the Air Force and Air Defense Forces, Colonel Andrey Lukyanovich," the statement said.

In particular, it is noted that during the training they plan to practice planning for the use of the Air Force and air defense forces in the activities of a regional group of troops.

Between March 25 and April 1, seven Russian military transport aircraft landed at the Gomel airport.
